Although we have cats staying with us for 365 days of the year, the cattery is open to visitors every day of the year except bank holidays. Our normal business hours are:
Monday to Saturday 09.00 – 17.30 hrs
Sunday 10.00 – 12.00 hrs Please phone for specific information about bank holiday opening hours. Visitors are always welcome at the cattery. If you would like a tour around the cattery please contact us so that we can ensure that a member of our staff is available to meet you,show you around and answer any questions that you might have. River Vale Boarding Cattery is licensed by Hampshire County Council under the Animal Boarding Establishment Act of 1963 and is inspected on an annual basis. Bookings can be made via the telephone, email or post and will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit , which will be held and deducted from your final bill. Please note that cancellation of a confirmed booking by you will result in your deposit being forfeited. Collection and delivery of your cat can be arranged by prior agreement. We do not close for lunch, so you are most welcome to visit, drop-off or collect your cat anytime during opening hours. Please let us know if your cat has been to a cattery before or whether this is your cat’s first time away from home. Please note that the cattery is exclusive to cats.
